Our website provides information. No personal data is required for purely informational use; if you use our contact form, the information under section 3 additionally applies.

When accessing the website, the web server automatically processes the following data:

• IP address
• Date and time of access
• accessed page
• Browser type and operating system

This data is stored in so-called server log files. They are used exclusively for technical operation, security, and error analysis of the website.

This data is not merged with other data sources or used for marketing purposes.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional website).

If you send us a message via the contact form, we process the data you provide in order to handle your request:

• Name
• Email address
• Content of your message

Transmission takes place as an email to us; for technical delivery we use the provider Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC), with whom a data processing agreement is in place. No further storage in a database takes place.

The legal basis is your consent by submitting the form (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to your request (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

We store the data only for as long as necessary to process your request and delete it afterwards, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Our website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Gunzenhausen, Germany). Hetzner processes the data generated when visiting the website on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Processing takes place exclusively on servers in Germany.

Our website does not use cookies that store personal data or track users.

Your data will not be shared with third parties for advertising purposes. Transmission only takes place to the processors named in sections 3 and 4, or where we are legally obliged to do so.

Server log files are only stored for as long as necessary for technical or security reasons, and then deleted. For contact requests, the storage period under section 3 applies.

You have the following rights at any time:

• Information about your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
• Correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• Deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
